A traditional Japanese confection crafted by skilled wagashi artisans, this exquisite kohaku-gashi features carefully selected yuzu peel and yuzu juice from Shikoku, delicately encased in translucent amber sugar jelly made with premium Tamba agar.

Handcrafted using time-honored techniques, this elegant Kyoto confection captures the beauty of a gently flowing stream. The clear, yuzu-infused jelly evokes the sparkling waters of a pristine brook, while delicate pieces of yuzu peel float within like aquatic plants swaying along the streambed.
